DESCRIPTION:Colonel Turner and the JROTC will be at the library on September 11th @ 5:00 p.m. to teach the public American Flag Ettiquette\, basic drills\, and more on patriotism.  Other guests will display our National Anthem as well as how to properly retire and dispose of worn and torn flags. \nAll families are invited to attend this free event. \n
