Dress up your little goblins & ghouls and help us parade through downtown Scottsville.  A picture will be captured on the front porch of the library at 10AM.  We will head out directly after, supporting downtown businesses as they hand out yummy treats.

This event is FREE!  We recommend that parents will very small children chauffere them in a stroller.  It is a lengthy walk. 🙂
