We are so excited to have the Youth Trick ‘O Treat Parade again!  We can’t wait to see all of the kids dressed up in their sweet, spooky, and funny costumes.  Everyone should meet at the library on Friday, October 28th between 9:30-10AM.  A picture will all of our spooky friends will be taken on the front porch of the library before we head out to meet and greet with all of our businesses as a parade procession.  This is a long trip around the square, so we encourage those with small children to bring a stroller.  If at any time, you need to leave the parade, know that you are welcome to do so, but will be on your own in getting back to your vehicle.  We are thankful to have the Scottsville Police Department help direct traffic at the crosswalks in order to keep families and their children as safe as possible.
