The library is open to the public Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our digital library never closes. You can download free e-books, audiobooks, and television shows if you have an active library card. Download the Libby and Hoopla apps to access our digital materials. There are thousands of items from which to choose.
Toddlers are invited to Toddler Time on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. Parents/guardians may choose from two Pre-K Story Hours for their preschool-age child. We’ll offer the same program on Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 a.m. On Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., Home-School children ages 5-12 are invited to enrichment programs. The Inbetweens, students ages 10-12, meet on Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. Call 270-237-3861 to reserve your child’s spot, or click on the Events tab at www.allencountylibrary.com.
