We’ll be offering “Food for Fines” during the month of January. If your library card is blocked due to money owed for lost items or overdue fees, we’ll waive a dollar for each non-perishable food item donated.  At the end of the month, we’ll be delivering the food collected to the Senior Citizen Center’s food bank.  We’ll accept food donations from anyone, so if you have extra items in your pantry, feel free to drop them off at the library.

On Wednesday,  January 2 at 5:00 pm, we’ll be offering assistance to patrons who need help with their electronic devices. Bring your device, cords, maybe even a manual and we’ll do our best to help you get comfortable using your new device.  This program is for any age patron trying to learn how to use electronic devices such as E-readers and smart phones.

Our adult book club will meet on Tuesday, January 22 at 1:00 pm. This month, we’re reading Ginny Moon by Benjamin Ludwig. Stop by the circulation desk and ask for a copy.  We’ll also be selecting  books to read throughout 2019, so join us.
