Our annual Trick ‘O Treat Parade will take place Friday, October 31st @ 10:00 a.m. Parents and Guardians are encouraged to dress up their child and bring them to the library for a photograph that will be featured in the Citizen-Times Newspaper. After the picture, Mrs. Amanda will lead the children with their adult(s) to the downtown businesses located on Scottsville’s beautiful square. It is a fun time, not only for the library and their valued patrons, but also for our local business partners.
