Allen County Public Library News – November 20, 2024

The library is open to the public Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Toddlers are invited to Toddler Time on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. Parents/guardians may choose from two Pre-K Story Hours for their preschool-age child. We’ll offer the same program on Tuesday and  Thursday at 10:00 a.m. On Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., Home-School children ages 5-12 are invited to enrichment programs. The Inbetweens, students ages 10-12, meet on Mondays at 3:30 p.m. Call 270-237-3861 to reserve your child’s place, or click on the events tab @ www.allencountylibrary.com.We hope you’ll make visiting the library a part of your weekly routine.

Tinker Time in our Maker Space is open every Friday at 2:00 pm. Register online for help with your projects, or stop by to explore the space and ask questions. Equipment includes a Poster Printer, Embroidery Machine, Cricut Vinyl Cutter, Ellison Die Cut Shapes, and more. Sign up today.

Our outreach vehicle is on the go and is stocked with books, magazines, newspapers, and DVDs for people of all ages as well as copies of the most popular forms, such as driver’s license renewal and social security card replacement forms. If you need something notarized, Ms. Mariah can take care of it for you. Next week, on Monday, November 25, the outreach vehicle will be at the East Allen Fire Hall from 10:00-11:00 am., the South Allen Fire Hall from 11:30 to 12:30, and at the Meador Fire Hall from 2:00 – 3:00
