Library News for May 23, 2018

The Library will be closed on Monday, May 28th for Memorial Day.  Stop by Saturday, May 26 and check out books, movies, and music for the long weekend.

It’s almost time for our annual Friends of Library Book Sale which will take place on Friday and Saturday, June 1st and 2nd from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.  Stop by early for the best selections.  If you have gently used books gathering dust, we hope you’ll consider donating them to the sale.

The library’s adult book club is reading Allie & Bea by Catherine Ryan Hyde this month. Pick up a copy of the book at the circulation desk and join us for book club on Tuesday,  June 20 at 1:00 PM.

Preschool children are invited to Story Hour on Tuesdays at 10:00 am. Homeschool Enrichment programs are offered on Tuesdays at 1:00, and Toddler Time is Thursdays at 10:00 am. Saturday at 1:00 pm we offer Crafternoon for all school age children. Don’t wear your best clothes for Crafternoon because we are sure to make a mess.We hope you make visiting the library a part of your child’s weekly routine.
