The library will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, for Independence Day. Unless it’s a holiday, the library building is open to the public on Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. – to 7:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – to 4:00 p.m.
Tinker Time in our Maker Space is open every Friday at 2:00 pm. Register online for help with your projects or stop by to explore the space and ask questions. Equipment includes a Poster Printer, Embroider Machine, Cricut Vinyl Cutter, and more. Sign up today.
Adventure begins at your library, and we have several summer reading programs for children, teens, and adults. Did you know the average child loses two months of reading skills over the summer? You can help avoid the slide by registering your child for Summer Reading and encouraging your child to read for twenty minutes daily. We have thousands of books from which to choose. There’s something for everyone at the Allen County Public Library.
