Library News for June 27, 2018

The library will be closed in Wednesday, July 4th for Independence Day. We’ll re-open at 9:00 am on Thursday, July 5th.   We hope you have a safe and wonderful holiday.

Time is running out if you want to register for summer reading. Kids who turn in their reading logs at the end of summer will have an opportunity to choose a prize from our store. There will be bikes, guitars, keyboards, Lego kits, and more fun things from which kids can choose. Those who register and log the most reading hours will be the first to shop. We offer prizes to encourage kids to keep up their reading skills, but the real reward is developing a lifelong love of reading.

If you love e-books or audio-books, check out our digital collection at www.allencountylibary.com and click on digital books.  We have thousands of new e-books and audio-books available for FREE with your library card.  Download the free Overdrive App or the Libby App and start reading today. WHY buy these products from internet stores when you can download them for free with your Allen County Public library card?
