Allen County Public Library News – May 1, 2024

The library building is open to the public on Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. – to 7:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – to 4:00 p.m.

Toddlers are invited to Toddler Time on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. Parents/guardians may choose from two Pre-K Story Hours for their preschool-age child. We’ll offer the same program on Tuesday and  Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Call 270-237-3861 to reserve your child’s place, or click on the events tab @ www.allencountylibrary.com. On Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., Home-School children ages 5-12 are invited to enrichment programs. The Inbetweens, students ages 10-12, meet on Mondays at 3:30 p.m.  We hope you’ll make visiting the library with your children a part of your weekly routine.

Join us on the front porch on First Friday, May 3 at six o’clock.  We’ll have stick horse races, hat decorating, and we’ll also be distributing Kindergarten readiness items while supplies last.

Whether you’re a seasoned creator or just starting out, our equipment, a Poster Printer, Embroider Machine, Cricut Vinyl Cutter, and more, is at your disposal.
