Allen County Public Library New – April 24, 2024

 The library building is open to the public on Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. – to 7:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – to 4:00 p.m.

Toddlers are invited to Toddler Time on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. Parents/guardians may choose from two Pre-K Story Hours for their preschool-age child. We offer the same program on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Call 270-237-3861 to reserve your child’s place or click on the events tab @ www.allencountylibrary.com. On Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., Home-School children ages 5-12 are invited to enrichment programs. The Inbetweens, students ages 10-12, meet on Mondays at 3:30 p.m.  We hope you’ll make visiting the library with your children a part of your weekly routine.

Voting is still open for our Wild About Art, youth art contest for kids and teens ages 8-15. Stop by the library to vote for your favorite entry before Saturday, April 27 at 4:00 pm. Winners will be announced on Monday, April 29, 2024.

Join us every Friday at 2:00 pm for Tinker Time in our Maker Space. Crafters can register online for project assistance or stop by to explore the space. In our Maker Space, you’ll find a variety of equipment, including a poster printer, embroidery machine, Cricut vinyl cutter, and more. Don’t miss out! Sign up today.
