Library News for September 7, 2022

The library building is open to the public on Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Toddlers are invited to Toddler Time on Wednesdays at 10:00 am. Parents may choose from three Pre-K Story Hours for their pre-school age child. We’ll offer the same program on Tuesday and  Thursday at 10:00 am and on Wednesdays at 1:00 pm. Call 270-237-3861 to reserve your child’s place. We will read the same book in each program. On Tuesday at 1:00 pm, Home-School children ages 5-12 are invited to enrichment programs.

On Thursday, September 8 at 5:00 pm, Teens are invited to Teen Game Night.

Have you downloaded the Hoopla app yet? Hoopla allows library patrons to stream digital movies and T.V. shows for free with your Allen County Public Library card. Download the Hoopla app, find our library, and sign up. Patrons may check out ten items per month from Hoopla with your library card.

To get a free library card, call 270-237-3861 or stop by the library with a photo I.D. and a recently postmarked piece of mail. Then you’ll be able to check out or download library materials. Also, if there’s a particular book, movie, or music artist you would like added to the collection, please let us know. We’ll do our best to fulfill your requests.
